Currently we are looking for a strategic role of Head of Content. Strong in data analysis, and strategic thinking, you will be leading a team of creatives across all the social media platforms, guiding them based on the research what should be our content strategy across the different platforms.
**What are the key responsibilities?**:
- **_Strategic Planning:_** Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to elevate brand, captivate target audience, and increase conversion rates.
- **_ Content Strategy:_**_ _Oversee creation of top-quality content that resonates with target audience and maintains consistent brand voice across all channels.
- **_ Performance Analysis:_** Monitor and analyze marketing initiatives using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- **_ Team Leadership:_** Lead and manage diverse team in Blog Management, Social Media & Community Management, and Copywriting, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- **_ Community Engagement:_**Craft and execute effective social media and community management strategies to build engaged online community.
- **_ Campaign Management:_**Plan and execute integrated content marketing campaigns to maximize impact and drive results.
- **_ Budget Management:_** Effectively manage and allocate marketing budget for maximum return on investment.
**What do you need for this role?**:
- Proven **_experience_** in marketing communication, including significant leadership roles.
- Exceptional **_knowledge of digital marketing_**_,_ content marketing, social media, and SEO best practices.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, both **_Czech_** and **_English_** language.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Creativity and innovation in developing communication strategies.
- Experience in project and budget management.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., SEO tools, CMS platforms, analytics tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field would be a valuable asset.
