What Will You Do

• Lead the Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a company-wide Agile transformation strategy, delivering key milestones and aligning initiatives with business goals.

• Functional Leadership: Guide and mentor Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, OKR Master and Project Manager, promoting alignment and continuous development.

• Embed Agile Practices: Advocate and foster an agile mindset, making it part of our everyday work and culture of continuous improvement.

• Balance Agile and Traditional Methods: Combine both agile and traditional project management techniques as needed to meet the objectives of the transformation.

• Drive Goal-Setting Processes and Change management: Lead company-wide goal-setting process with measurable outcomes. Implement change strategies to ensure smooth adoption.

• Smooth Prioritization: Enable seamless prioritization across teams, facilitating coordinated focus on the most impactful initiatives.

• Partner with Senior Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with senior executives, including C-levels, to identify improvement areas and action steps.

• Innovate with a Growth Mindset: Stay updated on the latest in agile and digital transformation, implementing impactful innovations.

What Do We Expect from You

• Experienced Leader: 5+ years in transformation or agile leadership roles with demonstrated success.

• Communication Expertise: Advanced communication skills to inspire and align all levels of the organization.

• Proficient English Speaker: C1-C2 English level

• Agile Champion: Deep knowledge of agile and traditional project methodologies, plus the insight to know when to use each.

• Visionary and Achieving: You see the big picture, set meaningful goals, and inspire others to reach them.

• Collaborative and Adaptable: Able to connect with diverse teams and adapt to ever-changing business contexts.
