Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting.

Oversee and drive the implementation of innovative technologies within the accounting department to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Redesign and optimize reporting workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery, meeting tight deadlines.

Focus on strategic planning for process improvement and technology upgrades, while guiding the implementation and automation of these changes.

Ensure compliance with IFRS and CAS accounting standards.

Provide financial insights and advice to key stakeholders, supporting decision-making across departments.

Experience in accounting and finance, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Proficiency in Czech/Slovak and communicative English skills.

Deep understanding of IFRS and CAS standards.

Proven ability to implement process innovations and drive change.

Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
