We are looking for an experienced Group Social Media Lead to join our team led by Martin. The ideal candidate will take charge of the team and bring a strategic approach, focusing on performance and brand building across social media platforms. We are seeking someone with strong technical skills, extensive experience in social media, the ability to lead and develop a team, and a creative mind. As a leader, you will be key in optimizing our campaigns and setting up efficient processes to elevate our brand and performance to the next level.

What will you do?

• Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.

• Help optimize campaign performance based on key metrics such as ROI, Reach, Engagement, CPM, CPC, and regularly evaluate their success.

• Manage a multi-million euro budget, taking responsibility for the efficient management of social media investments with a focus on maximizing returns.

• Lead a team of brand and performance marketing experts – coordinate their work and set up processes and rules to ensure smooth and effective execution of all activities.

• Propose new methods and leverage modern technologies, including artificial intelligence, to achieve innovative and efficient results across social media and campaigns.

• Oversee influencer marketing, from establishing collaborations with influencers to evaluating their performance and return on investment.

What we expect from you:

• At least 3 years of experience in social media management, with a strong grasp not only of the technical side but also of strategic and business perspectives.

• Experience leading a team that includes both brand and performance marketing.

• Proficiency with platforms like Facebook and Instagram Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.

• A B2+ level of English, as you will regularly communicate internationally.

• Experience with influencer marketing and working with influencers is a big plus.

• Strong technical skills, experience with Excel and data management, but also a creative mindset.

• Stress resilience, diplomatic communication, and the ability to set structure and processes are crucial for this role.
