**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support other team-members in building new personalized content campaigns
- Contribute to process optimization (both internal and external)
- Use powerBI reporting and other reporting tools to optimize the campaign setup
- Prepare montly and weekly reporting of CRM activities
- Create AB test scenarios to optimize effectivness of CRM communication
- Ensure all bonuses, codes, promotions and campaigns are delivered and correctly set up
- Suggest continuous improvements for communications to optimise performance versus KPI’s and recommend improvements where required.
- Ensure day to day brief - build - deliver process runs effectively + efficiently
- Be up to date with new trends and developments across communications channels in e-commerce
- Proficient in all marketing communication channels and utilising all systems and tools
**Requirements AND OTHER SPECIFICATIONS - Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Fluent English (local languages an advantage - Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian)
- At least 2 years experience as a CRM executive or similar positions
- Strong analytical/commercial/numbers focus including experience of managing significant marketing budgets
- Good technical knowledge of CRM and analytical systems
- A growth mindset - always be looking for how we can get “just that 1%” better
- Excelent eye on detail - you are almost perfecionist
