**Your **responsibilities**
**- We grow rapidly and expand to more European cities. This requires an innovative development of Rohlíks business processes and an automation of our FC is one of our key success factors. The Head of Automation (HoA) will prepare concepts and deliver solutions with selected vendors and set plans, budgets, timelines and steer projects. HoA will closely work with the group and country Operations teams as well as with the Operations Excellence development teams. At the same time, the HoA is involved in building Rohlíks strategy and generates ideas making the company better.**
**Your **experience**
**- Enhance Automation strategy, objectives and key results
- Build a leading automation team to deliver automation in 20+ FC in next 5 years
- Create concepts and solutions for automation of FC In-/Outbound processes
- Search for continuously evolving and best fitting technology to our business model
- Define an automation scope for each FC
- Prepare Roadmap for implementation, coordinate developments and steer implementations
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Facilitate cooperation and communication with related departments and squads in company
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth project execution
- Meet objectives, report and escalate to the Group board
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders as well as with third parties/vendors
- Look for opportunities for further service development and CX
