**Group B2B Marketing Lead**:
**We are currently on the mission to find our new Group B2B Marketing Lead! Someone who will lead a B2B Marketing Strategy on the group level and will lead the international B2B Marketing team.**

**What you will do**:
- ** Develop and drive the overall B2B marketing strategy** in alignment with the companys business objectives and growth targets.
- Orchestrate the overall process behind “one marketing team” - **act as an international team lead**. Provide strategic guidance to the marketing team, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to B2B marketing.
- ** Actively look for broader synergies** determined by the scale of organization and driven by unified approach across the individual business units
- ** Supervise the annual planning process** and will be pivotal in creating annual activation calendars with support of local Marketing Managers
- ** Develop regional communication platforms / campaigns** and be responsible for its successful handover to local organizations
- ** Build strategy**, plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- You will **actively work with advanced cloud based CRM systems** (Salesforce) and leverage its potential in targeted campaigns and activations.
- Define clear metrics / KPIs and actively use them in continuous B2B campaigns optimization.
- Act as a **guardian of B2B brand identity** from various perspectivesBrands architecture, VIS guardrails, Communication style etc
- ** Continuously evaluate effectiveness of marketing activations** and take appropriate steps to maximize the output.
- ** Own regional marketing budget** and be responsible for its effective and precise spend
**What are our expectations**:
- ** You have 7+ years of experience with B2B marketing** in cross geographic exposure.
- You have experience with** leading a team**, ideally international team.
- You have experience with **international cooperation **and setting up strategies across different regions.
- Your **english is on a professional level** (C1).
- Ideally you have **experience with marketing in e-commerce** or retail industry.
- At Heureka we are working with **Slack, Asana and Google stack**:
- you ideally have experience with these tools.
