**_ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:_**
- This is an ideal entry-level role where you will work on many project activities within our fast-paced global Finance, Legal & Corporate Services community._
- The essence of the role is to provide support to a small, central Project Office which drives and supports a wide range of initiatives that meets the needs of FLCS Must-Win battles by providing hands-on project support and other assistance under the supervision of the team lead._

- _ Give the incumbent exposure to major corporate related projects._

WHAT YOU WILL DO:_**
- Support to the Project Management Office in the management of key Projects:_
- _ Track or support the Project Manager(s) in tracking activities and deliverables to completion (e.g. ensure progress on action logs)._
- _ Help design project document templates to ensure content quality consistency across team members._
- _ Manage small work packages, delivering the agreed scope on time, on budget, and at the targeted quality level, with supervision from team lead._
- _ Support the planning process by drafting various plans and log-type documents._
- _ Organize (scheduling, preparing agenda and presentations) and participate in project team meetings, recording and issuing decisions & actions to relevant stakeholders._
- _ Support your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or Project Managers in Researching, analyzing, formatting, and validating data to support specific deliverables._
- _ Support your (SMEs) or Project Managers in preparing specific deliverables including but not limited to work plans and status reports, content delivery._
- _ Ramp-up expertise in controlling and reporting on project costs vs. budget, and management of project-related purchase orders (incl. ensuring payments are completed as scheduled)._
Qualifications:
**_ EXPERIENCE:_**
- _University degree in business administration or Information Technology_
- _ Relevant project management qualifications or willingness to undertake them (e.g. PMP)_
- _ Some experience in Project Coordination having assisted project managers on one or more projects. _
- _Some experience in either IT solutions provider environment / Team experience in an IT environment / Finance operations environment._
- _ Department related Knowledge and Skills: interest in IT-Solution and Air Transport Industry (ATI), basic understanding or financial management concepts including budgeting, Forecasting, reporting and operations within finance._
- _ Project Management Knowledge and Skills: able to operate within virtual teams, to plan, organize and structure your own work and the work of others_
- _ Pro-activity and persistence, attention to detail and analytical skills, communication and reporting skills - presentations_
- _ Focus on delivering results, strong verbal and written communication skills in English_
- _ Confidentiality / discretion_
- _ Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 (in Particular Excel / PowerPoint / MS Teams)_
