**GLOBAL PMO LEAD (HG18)**
**Please bear in mind this is a fixed term role (1year)**
In this role, you will work closely with Global Deployment Lead, Regional Excellence Leads and our Implementation Partner PMO and Deployment Lead to ensure the successful implementation of SAP Aribas Purchase to Pay, Guided Buying, Spend Analytics, and Category Management modules. You will be responsible for the following:
In this position you will:
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through robust RAID log management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions).
- Lead the development and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
- Track progress of deliverables against project timelines, business expectations, and KPIs, providing insightful data analysis and recommendations
- Governance:
- Orchestrate the governance cycle, including leading the preparation of agendas, presentation materials, and senior stakeholder meeting facilitation.
- Ensure agendas include discussions on Business and Change Impact Assessments.
- Develop and manage the resourcing plan, including:
- Identifying and resolving resource conflicts through strategic re-planning and workload management techniques
- Onboarding team members and maintaining a centralized contact list.
- Establishing a knowledge repository as the central point for lessons learned, templates, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Foster strong relationships with leaders in our organization across all regions and levels of seniority, including C-suite
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, addressing concerns effectively and providing clear communication in alignment with the global communication plan.
- Influence and negotiate to secure resources and drive project objectives forward.
- Cooperate with Change Management team to ensure smooth communication and implementation for all stakeholders, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.
Qualification Criteria
- 7+ years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role.
- 5 years proven experience in managing complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, make sound decisions with limited guidance, and thrive in an environment with ambiguity.
- Strong stakeholders’ management
- Proven experience of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile is a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of SAP Ariba or similar procurement systems a plus.
