**THE ORGANIZATION**
SAP offers products and services that help customers to become intelligent enterprises and run at their best.
SAP’s Global Licensing & Royalty Management (GL&RM) organization is responsible for partnering with third parties to acquire rights to use, integrate and/or offer third-party IP (software, web/cloud services, content etc.) into and with SAP products and solutions in accordance with SAP product licensing standards. We also manage the lifecycle of third-party agreements, ensure compliance of third-party IP with third party requirements, approve third-party IP usage in SAP products and solutions per negotiated terms, and manage third party royalty payments.
We work in close cooperation with SAP development, product lines of business, legal, global support, controlling, partner organizations, field areas, etc.
In short, we help to expedite and enable amazing SAP products and solutions.
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Business Operations Specialist, Contracts Administration, will help enable GL&RM to accomplish SAP objectives in regulatory compliance. The role will report to the Head of Business Operations, Global Licensing.
**What you´ll do**
- Administer and manage workflow of needed changes to inbound licensing contracts for regulatory compliance.
- Understand applicable regulatory requirements.
- Advise and educate third party partners and vendors of needed regulatory contract terms.
- Negotiate contract amendment terms with partners and vendors as necessary, in close cooperation with internal stakeholders including legal, inbound licensing team, partner managers, etc.
- Prepare risk summaries for deviations from standard.
- Support other operational activities and projects as may be assigned.

- Flexible team player, able and willing to adjust to transition and shifting priorities.
- 3-5+ years of experience.
