**What will be your job content?**
- Coordination of accounts payable processes among multicultural & multinational teams.
- Driving process optimization and supporting implementation of global solutions.
- Processing of global customer requests.
- Preparation of supporting analyses and ad-hoc business reports.
- Supporting transitions & transformation projects, as well as integration of new activities.
- Monitoring compliance with processes, quality requirements and deadlines.
- Close cross-functional collaboration and cooperation with Management.
**What do we expect from you?**
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills (English mandatory - written and verbal communication; Spanish advantage).
- Proficient knowledge of Accounts Payable processes based on previous experience.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player and to work in an agile and project-based environment.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (esp. MS Excel, MS Power Point).
- Strong orientation towards professional service delivery to external customers.
- Well-organized and self-motivated person (organizational skills, time management, decision making, adaptability and growth mindset).
- Previous experience in global or international service delivery.
