**Your Profile**:
- Friendly, open, and trustworthy personalities with strong teaching skills and enthusiasm for education
- University degree in Linguistics, Education, or a similar qualification
- Experience teaching German; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of commitment
- Structured work approach and strong organizational skills
- Courtesy and professionalism when interacting with students and colleagues
- Technical skills and experience using online learning platforms and tools
- Motivated and independent working style
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Conduct online language classes for various proficiency levels (A1 to C2)
- Prepare and develop teaching materials and lesson plans
- Support students in developing their speaking and writing skills
- Provide individual support to help students achieve their learning goals
- Participate in regular team meetings
