We are seeking software testers to assist in the development of Eurex Clearing’s C7, the new clearing architecture for derivatives, cash, and securities. We have a new opening in the Clearing integration and technical test team based in Prague.
The role includes:
- Testing the integration between application components, focusing on interfaces with end-to-end scenarios.
- Analyzing functional requirements, participating in their review, clarification, and improvement.
- Conducting smoke tests on new functionality and regression tests every two weeks before the handover to the acceptance test phase.
- Acquiring and sharing functional knowledge of clearing subsystems and exchange systems with the team.
- Interacting with business/specification teams, multiple development teams, and the acceptance test team.
Requirements:
- Test preparation, execution, and reporting.
- Backend and frontend testing.
- Test environment management (Linux, bash, SQL).
- Experience with testing and test automation (Python).
- Strong investigation skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, trading, and clearing.
- Exposure to technology stack: PostgreSQL, Veritas, Openshift, GCP, Ansible, Terraform.
- Experience with Jira, Git, Jenkins, Selenium.
- University degree in information technology or engineering.
