Freelance German-speaking Technical Recruiter
**Responsibilities**:
Identifying and contacting potential customers
Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand the hiring needs and technical requirements for freelance positions in mechanics, technicians, mechanical engineering, etc.
**Requirements**:
Fluent in German (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills in English.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on mechanics, technicians, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
In-depth knowledge of technical roles, skills, and industry requirements.
Familiarity with relevant platforms and sourcing techniques to identify and engage talents.
