**FP&A Manager CzHuSk**
**What this position is about - Purpose**:
As an FP&A Manager, you will provide support to CzHuSk FP&A Group Manager, Finance Director, Market Finance Managers and cluster Management Team, with overall responsibilities for CzHuSk countries.
**What will you do - Responsibilities**:
- Manage planning and actuals reporting for Czech and Slovakia Market P&L and CzHuSk RRP.
- Support companys decision-making via high-quality and timely analysis of any initiatives having financial implications: pricing/excise scenarios, product related initiatives, investment needs and its effectiveness, etc.
- Explore, define, and manage process improvement and harmonization initiatives across cluster finance
- Be key contact point in financial matters for non-financial colleagues; provide all required support and explanations, serve as finance business advisor. Build agile team knowledge and ensure best practice sharing. Develop top-line financial awareness among non-financial functions.
**Who are we looking for - Requirements**:
- University degree (Master in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent).
- Financial qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of financial management or controlling experience in a multinational company (FMCG would serve as an advantage).
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, ability to constructively challenge, motivate and inspire others.
- Confident MS Office user (experience in SAP is beneficial)
