Our Rewards Team Lead, will play a key role in driving the operational rewards topics across Zone Europe.

What will you be doing:
- Manage end-to-end Employee Benefits Management process and associated benefit delivery to employees for the Europe region.-
- Maintain a good relationship with stakeholders including Vendors, People Business Partners, Employees, Managers etc-
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards-
- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.-
- Liaise between vendors and employees to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery and performance by vendors-
- Reporting: Ensure all essential information is safely shared with all stakeholders on a timely basis and support data-driven decisions.-
- Implement Internal Controls to ensure accurate accounting, payments, and tax processing.-
- Liaise between the procurement team and vendors for negotiations, contract renewals, new vendor onboarding etc-
- Communication planning and coordination. Organized employees´ training focuses on support and increasing Benefits awareness-
- Implement initiatives to consistently improve employee and stakeholder experience-
- Manage Benefit analyst and focus on developing their personal growthWhat youll bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in rewards, compensation/benefits or vendor management- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must - Advanced Excel required- Project management experience or knowledge of methodologies is preferred- Communication is key, with the ability to influence and manage a variety of stakeholders- Previous experience in a global, matrixed organization is preferred- Customer centric mindset- Fluent in English required; knowledge of Dutch or German is benefit
