**Role description**:
- ** Type of contract**: Full-time
- ** Place of work**: Prague, City of Prague, Czech Republic
**Your future role**:
- Checking dimensions/budgets and approving requisitions/incoming invoices
- Orders supervisor in order to evaluate accruals as accurately as possible
- Gathering of supportive documentation for internal and external audits
- Creating accruals instructions for the accounting department
- Quarterly creation of Budget/Forecast templates for meeting with managers
- Activity report analysis
- Regular cooperation on monthly closing
- Managing Work Flow - adding new people/roles; creating new dimensions
- Regular touch with managers and support regarding forecasting/budgeting
**Your experience and skills**:
- Bachelor/Masters degree - preferably in finance
- 1 year of experience in the admin/finance area
- Good communication and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Positive approach, willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Advanced level of Czech/Slovak and English
