**Financial Analyst**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Tax aspects of transactions
- Purchase price calculation and reconciliation
- IAS 40 reporting and basic principles of RICS valuation
- Accounting transformations from local accounting to IFR
- Investment structuring
- Project profitability calculation, internal rate of return
- Reporting the net asset value of the Accolade SICAV sub-fund
- Portfolio appreciation projection and stress modelling
- Collaboration on quarterly portfolio NAV determination
- Collaboration on structuring investment financing
- Investment budgeting and performance
**We require**:
- University degree in Finance, Corporate Finance, Valuation
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Communicative English
- Broader understanding of financial planning, taxation and long-term financing
- Experience working with data (contingency tables, Power BI)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn new things
