Financial Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. This position is critical to the success of our company and requires a detail-oriented, analytical individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about dynamic business environment and have a background in Accounting, we’d love to meet you!
**On a typical day, you will...**:
- Work on GL accounting topics including month end reconciliations
- Work on treasury / bank optimization
- Fixed assets postings and reconciliations.
- Ad hoc accounting process improvement topics
- Keep track of tax filings and related postings
- Work on bringing accounting for Czech entities in house
**About you**:
- 2+ years of accounting experience with a focus on GL
- Experience with accounting software, preferably NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Experience with month end close procedures and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Experience with multi-entity and multi-regional setup, and with distributed teams
- Proficiency in Excel is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to details
- Experience with a start-up or similar high growth and fast changing environment would be a plus
