Were seeking a talented Financial Accountant to join our team. As the Finance Accounting Team Lead, youll play a crucial role in driving our finance operations to new heights. Heres what were looking for:
**Role**:
**1. Legal Entity Responsibility**:
- Lead the month-end close process and ensure accuracy and compliance of financial information for specific Legal Entities.
- Oversee various accounting operations including FX ledger Revaluation, AP/AR ledger control, balance sheet reconciliations, and more.
- Review and control reports before presentation to the Finance Control Manager or internal customers.
**2. Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Collaborate with global stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Managers, and Control Managers.
- Establish productive relationships and effectively communicate financial insights.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and serve as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
**3. Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Ensure compliance with internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Work closely with internal audit and compliance teams to address any issues.
**4. Process Improvement and Automation**:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Shared Services Center.
- Analyze existing finance processes and implement changes to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Experienced finance professional with strong leadership skills.
- Degree in Finance, accounting, or a related field (**ACCA** or equivalent).
- 3-5 years experience managing Finance and Accounting Teams in an international, multicultural Shared Services Environment.
- Fluent English
