**Join Our Team as a Finance Systems Specialist SAP**
**Purpose of the role**
The Finance Systems Specialists act as vital connectors between financial operations and technological solutions within organizations.
They will be working with the finance business project managers to be UAT finance testers, to ensure correct testing of all changes has been completed
**On a daily basis you will**:

System Enhancements and Upgrades:
User Training and Support:
- Provide training, maintain system documentation, and assist users in effective system utilization. They troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to IT or vendors. Their expertise ensures efficient use of financial systems across the organization.
Data Management:
- Responsible for data accuracy and integration with other systems, create/update comprehensive documentation, including user guides and process manuals.
Process Improvement and Automation:
- Identify process efficiencies, implementing automation solutions and best practices based on the inputs from the business. Their technical acumen enables proactive identification of areas for system enhancement and automation. They drive continuous improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Requirements**:
- Education: BA Degree / Equivalent Qualification in finance, accounting, information systems or a related fields.
- Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience in managing systems / technology within a shared services environment.
- Language skills/levels: English
- Digital attitude, well-versed in using financial management softwares such as Concur, Blackline and SAP ECC/B1, HFM, Ariba and other finance systems.
- Ability to navigate, configure, and troubleshoot these systems effectively.
- Possess a strong understanding of database management, data analysis tools, and reporting software.
- Should possess a robust financial background and expertise in financial systems, must have SAP ECC/ SAP 1/HFM, advantageous - Concur, Blackline, Reporting systems, Tax and Treasury, Data Analytics such as PowerBI.
- Should possess strong analytical skills, enabling them to extract, analyze, and interpret complex financial data and reports effectively.
- Ability to work in a matrix management environment, dealing with various stakeholders across Europe and Asia.
- Problem-solving capabilities are crucial, allowing to troubleshoot system issues and provide practical solutions.
