Job description:
- Point of Contact for Suppliers: Handle all finance-related queries from suppliers. - Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction by collaborating with internal peers and stakeholders. - EDI invoice troublebox maintenance - Credit memo review and research - Shortage and/or pricing claims creation - Vendor statement acquisition and final reconciliation

POŽADAVKY: - At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR/administration/finance/customer support - Customer service skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Good written and oral communication skills - Proficiency in Spanish and English
