For this reason, we want to expand our team with someone who will join us and become part of our Finance team at Notino, where you'll never get bored. What will you do?

• Lead the development and enhancement of financial processes by proposing strategic solutions that streamline operations and improve overall performance.
• Oversee the implementation of process changes, ensuring they align with organizational goals and comply with all regulatory standards.
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for financial processes, establishing clear standards and guidelines to guarantee consistency and quality.
• Design and administer training programs to educate finance team members on updated processes and new tools, enhancing overall team competency and performance.
• Champion automation initiatives by identifying technology opportunities that enhance financial processes, coordinating with IT and relevant departments to ensure successful deployment and integration.
• Provide financial expertise and strategic guidance in cross-functional projects, ensuring that the finance perspective is adequately represented and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate and strengthen cooperation with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy development and execution.

What do you need?

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and processes for identifying inefficiencies and proposing effective solutions.
• Expertise in streamlining and optimizing financial processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy across Procure-to-Pay (PtP), Order-to-Cash (OtC), and Record-to-Report (RtR) functions.
• Proven proficiency in managing and delivering projects on time and within scope, especially those focused on process improvements and automation.
• In-depth knowledge of business process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Kaizen, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels and for building strong interdepartmental relationships.
• Creative problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges effectively, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption.
• Strong skills in managing organizational change, particularly during the implementation of new processes and technologies.
