- You are a perfect match when...
... you are a reliable problem-solver, thorough in your job;
you have suitable communication and leadership skills;
... you have a proven track record of leading a team while staying hands-on;
... you understand the CZ GAAP, ideally have knowledge of the IFRS;
you are a “master” of the three statements and are able to interpret them;
you worked in a software company in your finance leadership role;
you are proficient with spreadsheets and used to analyzing and working with financial data;
... you are fluent in English at B2 or better;

you have an accounting degree and ACCA certification;

**WHAT ITS LIKE TO WORK IN THE FBI TEAM**
Well... We are the Finance and Business Intelligence department making sure trains run on time... Well, kind ofOk, jokes aside, we take care of most of the groups "back-end" operations, basically making sure that:
- Accounting is on point in all our units on a consolidated basis;
- Controlling reviews, predictions and challenges to make sure the group is on track to reach the strategic goals;
- Reporting happens regularly in sufficient quality and the information is interpreted correctly to give our management and shareholders a good idea about where we are headed;
- The back office keeps all the units supplied and provides various other services within the organization, including procurement;
- Legal issues are in check and all docs are updated;
- BI works tirelessly on our data to get the most complete picture and the most precise insights into what is happening within and outside the organization.
Now, you can be part of this endeavor, lead and shape the accounting, controlling and back office functions of the department. We are problem solvers by nature, our feet always planted firmly on the ground being the companys risk assessors and guardians of internal processes.
Each of the department members is accountable for their agenda and recognized for their achievement, however, there is always a helping hand available in time of need - we are a real team. We are learning and developing through the tasks we perform, and the department makes progress and evolves through its actions.
