**Main purpose of the job**:
The Finance Analyst will support the Finance Business Partner and FP&A by preparing reports and analyses on AEI performance for assigned function(s). In addition, they will be involved in all planning processes for AEI-assigned function(s). They would also support assigned function(s) business partners in managing their budgets.
**The role will cover a wide range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to**:
- Prepare regular performance reports for business partners and for group consolidation purposes
- Analyze financial performance, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities for delivery of function(s) financial targets
- Analyze cost drivers to identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare and consolidate of Budget and PFs for the above market
- Review and validate business cases including cost treatment, CAPEX vs. OPEX
- Collaborate with business partners to understand projects costs, benefits, and financial implications on overall costs, including tracking of projects benefits realization
- Collaborate with budget owners in managing their budgets in line with accounting standards and internal policies, maintaining policies and procedures up to date with required changes
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to understand the potential impact of negotiations and ensure correct contractual parties are selected
- Collaborate with Accounting teams for recharges, depreciation calculation, and assets put in use
- Collaborate with Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Accounting teams to align on the Group Service Recharge model across countries, including support for the preparation of Tax One Pagers of material projects
- Deliver ad-hoc support and training to improve the financial knowledge of business partners
- Review of reports and processes to identify improvements e.g., increased automation, streamline processes, suggest and implement efficiencies
- Ad-hoc analysis and further support to Finance Business Partner
**Do you have what it takes**:
- Finance graduate
- Previous FMCG experience in FPA& or Business support
- Solid background in finance with very strong analytical capabilities
- Very strong computer literacy & excel modeling skills
- VBA(Macros) as well as PowerBI or equivalent modern analytics tools is a big advantage
- SAP and HFM knowledge is advantageous
- Good attention to detail is essential
- Ability to constructively engage with business partners
- Ability to review current processes and ways of working to identify and suggest improvements
- Good organizational skills with an ability to prioritize workload appropriately
- Fluent in English and any other language is a plus
