What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Minimum 3 years proven business administration experience.
- Good communication skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with high levels of discretion at all times.
- Good decision making skills, proven planning and organisational skills.
- Able to assess the importance of competing priorities, ability to work accurately.
- Good knowledge of the Business area and compliance/regulatory issues affecting it, good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with executive management, whilst part of a team.
- Ability to coach others, to work unsupervised, to prioritise.
- High Level IT Skills, attention to detail, willingness to cover other EAs in the wider team as required to ensure coverage.
Your career opportunity
The purpose of the role is to provide personal assistance and business support to members of the Global Treasury Executive Committee. This is likely to comprise a 3 to 4 ExCo members plus additional support and cover for department admin as required. Whilst providing EA support, candidates will have the opportunity depending on skills and experience to provide wider business support over time.
