**Requirements**:
- **Must-Have**:_
- 3+ years of work experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, with the ability to conduct comprehensive system audits across all company processes, including sales, manufacturing, marketing, finance, HR, and more.
- Experience with the Zoho ecosystem is a significant advantage.
- Ability to manage and analyze company business data and workflows.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Ability to dive deep into complex business processes and identify critical issues and gaps.
- **Will Be a Great Plus**:_
- Proficiency in using digital tools (ChatGPT, Google API, etc.) for problem-solving and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
- Plan and design the companys business authorization process and its subsidiaries ("projects") in agreement with the CEO.
- Coordinate designed business processes with company departments (Sales, Marketing, Production, Customer Care, Legal, Finance, HR, etc.).
- Implement designed projects in the Zoho platform.
- Provide support, administration, data consistency monitoring, system backup, and recovery.
- Control project timing, deadlines, budgets, and resources involved.
- Participate in joint meetings, status reports, answer feedback, and requests, and provide support and administration.
- Create reports, analytics, and dashboards for company stakeholders.
- Train and educate users of the Zoho system, including stakeholders and other staff.
- Spot and locate deviations in defined business processes and visualize them in Zoho.
- Provide the necessary infrastructure (personally or through subcontractors) to support the operability of the Zoho system, including IT infrastructure, third-party services, consultancy, etc.
