Engineering Team Lead @ GOG sp. z o.o.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams and 5+ years as a software engineer, preferably within the e-commerce, B2C, and gaming industries
- 2+ years commercial experience in delivering software applications front-end (preferably Angular) or back-end (PHP7/8, preferably Symfony)
- Proven ability to design and implement solutions in complex systems, including technology choices and making architectural decisions
- Great communication, ability to pass direct feedback with care and empathy, and challenge status quo
- Experience on managing a high-performing team, mentoring and growing team members (hiring, performance management, firing)
- Strong focus on customer perspective and tangible outcomes
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and english proficiency
- A passion for games and the gaming industry
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in product led businesses
- Experience with high scale web applications
