Job Summary
What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers developing Linux kernel network drivers-
- Collaborate with external partners to integrate their network drivers into RHEL-
- Drive technical roadmap and strategy for Network Drivers Team-
- Ensure high-quality driver development, testing, and release-
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning-
- Manage project timelines & resources-
- Communicate technical plans and progress to stakeholdersWhat You Will Bring:
- Hands-on experience in Linux kernel development-
- Experience in managing software engineering teams-
- Knowledge of Linux kernel networking and network drivers-
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skillsNice to Have:
- Experience with open-source software development and communities-
- Experience with Agile development methodologies-
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing-
- Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies-
- Experience working with partners and cross-functional teams-
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field#LI-AM4
