**As the Employee Relations Leader, you will**
- Report to the My HR Regional Manager.
- Be part of the My HR Team that supports business operations which include approximately 5,500 employees across Europe.
- Deal with enquiries from employees and managers on policy/procedures/processes.
- Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy; manage workplace complaints, and investigations, and resolve inquiries swiftly and efficiently.
- Support managers with life-cycle day-to-day HR processes.
- Act as an expert in local legislation and have the overall responsibility for compliance with local employment related regulation and legislation.
- Provide data insights relating to employee relations trends and developing proactive solutions to the business.
- Develop core competency in HR tools and programs (Workday, LearnEx (APs learning portal), Navex, local time/attendance, etc.) to be able to support employees and managers in day-to-day activities and encourage direct access.
- Provide proactive employee relations support and training. Instil company philosophy, culture, and core values.
**As the Employee Relations Leader, you already are or have**
- Strong moral and ethical standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High performance and work ethic to drive solutions, as well as the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization in the course of their work.

- Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at a time

- A focus on delivering results, with high levels of accuracy and speed

- Fluent in both Czech and English languages
