**EMEA Tax Planning Senior Analyst**
This position reports to the EMEA Regional Tax Director and is based in Prague, Czech Republic.

**What you will do**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare analysis for Kenvue EMEA ETR and tax cash flow
- Assist with requests for data and financial details for various reporting support for TP analysis and audit readiness
- Collaborate and participate in initiatives such as cross-franchise projects, global systems, finance projects, and other special projects
- Support tax planning senior managers in their projects by providing project support, completing document requests, setting up meetings, preparing slides and meeting summaries, etc.
- Demonstrate ability to balance and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Closely collaborate with multiple functions including other regional tax planning teams, disputes, and tax operations
- Own and manage regional document storage, templates and process materials
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned and ad hoc

**Required Qualifications**

- Advanced degree or professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant is preferred
- Big 4 Public Accounting Experience preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience with general accounting/financial and tax processes & principles or related business experience is required
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to utilize other technology resources is required
- Strong analytical abilities (data, fact patterns, external tax/legal frameworks) and accounting is required
- The ability to anticipate changing requirements and effectively plan across the enterprise landscape is required
- Individual must work well in a team environment; be able to recommend and implement process improvements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to identify, develop and implement various process improvements to facilitate tax reporting and International tax compliance requirements centered on increasing controls and making processes more efficient is required
- Exposure to tax accounting issues regarding international operations preferred
- Strong project management skills required
- Ability to identify, develop and lead implementation of tax planning opportunities preferred
