Emea Corporate/technical Recruiter
Join ISS-Stoxx as a proactive and collaborative Corporate Recruiter, specializing in technical and product roles across Europe. In this role, youll be part of a close-knit, high-performing EMEA recruitment team, offering great visibility. As a Recruiter at ISS, youll tap into your experience to source and attract talent across various business functions in our European offices. Your primary responsibilities will involve fostering strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to develop effective recruitment strategies that result in acquiring top-tier talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Focus of role will be on Development, Product and Data vacancies in Prague and in our German office locations, but with the opportunity to expand your exposure across other departments, such as sales, research and client success.- Recruit across multiple roles in all ISS business functions, including ISS ESG/Climate Solutions, ISS Market Intelligence and ISS Stoxx.- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage expectations.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the global recruitment function through active involvement in process improvement projects.
QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years’ experience - with a mixture of technical and corporate roles- A mixture of internal and external experience is highly preferred.- Bachelor’s degree.- Full life cycle recruiting experience.-
- Proven experience in building successful relationships with hiring managers.- Successful background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, hard-to-fill roles in the technical domain.- Experience in using an ATS.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Fluency in German is extremely preferential- Experience recruiting across multiple business functions.
