- educated to degree level in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or similar,
- at least 3 years in a similar role and progressively responsible experience,
- power electronics design experience is a must,
- written and spoken English skills – min. B2 level (upper-intermediate) is a must (interview will be held in English),
- advanced Polish language is a must,
- thorough knowledge and skills in the area of power electronics and digital electronics,
- knowledge in EMC certification and related standards and norms,
- strong leadership skills enabling to manage the interdisciplinary team.
