Effectiveness Analyst

Supporting a UK-wide network of over 5,000 local, expert technology providers, Giacom makes it really simple for technology resellers and MSPs to access everything they need to create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.

The Effectiveness Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of ways of working, processes, and interactions within and between teams. This role focuses on driving the pace of work through tooling adoption and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

What youll be doing

• Analyse current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and develop solutions to enhance team interactions and productivity.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to streamline work processes and drive operational effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure the impact of implemented improvements.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by providing insights and recommendations for optimising ways of working.
• Document process changes and support the rollout of improvements, as well as track the adoption of changes across the organisation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in process analysis and improvement within a dynamic work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with JIRA and technologies for process automation and workflow management.
• Qualifications in business analysis, project management, and agile ways of working are advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience as a software developer, DevOps or Test Automation engineer.
• Strong understanding of tooling for technical processes (Code, Test or Build Management and Observability/Alerting), is a plus. For example: Git, AzureDevops, AWS, Team City, Logic Monitor.
