Education Manager Kérastase

LOréal, specifically our haircare brand Kerastase, is looking for an Education Manager. As Education manager you will be responsible for the brand education strategy, the ongoing development of all education activities & delivering brand education KPIs across HUB (CZ/SK/HU).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Direct:
- Creating and executing a HUB Education strategy to deliver Brand education KPIs (Education Reach, Frequency, Efficiency, Education Penetration of key education topics, Qualitative KPIs based on client feedback, market & business needs)
- Guarantees excellence in quality of education execution (online/offline): coherence with brand image & guidelines, providing best in class educational content (consultated with the Education Excellence Manager)
- Continuous management & development of education team members - internal and external educators (CZ and SK team in direct, HU team via HU Education Manager)
- Owns & strictly follows up the brands education budget and allocation of education cost delivering targeted ROI
- Evaluates and reports education KPIs in a structured and strategic manner reflecting outcomes in the future action steps
In delegation:
- Pilots the establishment of the education CRM strategy in cooperation with the Brand Business Director and Education Transformation Director based on the business & market needs leveraging Power BI data (national and regional focus included)
- Leads organization of the key education events ensuring its ROI & delivering all given KPIs in cooperation with Education Activation Specialist (managing event Operations) and Education Excellence Manager (consulting event content excellence)
- Drives Pro-influencer strategy to boost brand B2B and B2B presence in SoMe delivering all Pro Advocacy KPIs in cooperation with Media & Advocacy Manager
- Creates sharing environment and encourages cooperation across all relevent stake holders (Brand Business Leaders, PPD Education tribe etc.)
- Drives the Education transformation, digitalization and development based on the education transformation plan in cooperation with the Education Transformation Director
EDUCATION:
- Passion for hairdressing / beauty / fashion business
- Min. 3+ years education / marketing / business development experience
- Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak or Hungarian (Hungarian language is a plus)
- Independent and proactive personality, excellent communication skills
- Time management & project management skills
- Team leadership experience
