E-commerce Assistant (Part-time)
About the job
We are looking for an Assistant to join our E-Commerce team in the Czech Republic. This is a perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual with good communication skills and basic knowledge of e-commerce who is looking to develop their career in e-comm. This is a part-time role on a fixed term contract (1 year).
**Job description**:
- Responsible for price configuration and addressing price discrepancies
- Maintain listings (completing listing cards and uploading photos to the product gallery)
- Order samples and dispatching them to customers
- Updating the activity grid (overview of all promo/mkt activities in e-comm)
- Preparation of all necessary administration for customers (promotional agreements, processing promotional details and adjustments)
- Direct communication with other e-commerce platforms
- E-store check - monitoring our presence on Rohlik, Alza, Mall and other e-platforms
About you
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or University student (senior year)
- Previous experience in ecomm industry - as advantage
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - must
- SAP and PowerBI - as advantage
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Commercial mindset, stakeholder management
- Eager to learn and stay updated with recent team priorities
- Fluency in English (B2) - as advantage
