**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**
- A distance learning program in Business management offered by a German private university.
- You study and work at the same time. You receive paid time off for the study periods, i.e. you are paid in full but only work 34 hours per week.
- You will work in one of our stores, where you will learn in addition to your work in sales everything about decoration, administration and Instore Logistics.
- Different seminars, internships and career events in Vienna will complete your training and prepare you for your first management position
- After graduation, you will have the opportunity to develop further as a department manager

If you participate in the dual study program with us, you will receive a gross monthly salary of CZK 29.500 in the first year (full-time, commercial employees) plus performance-related commission.
