✔ Youve got at least a years experience in customer service, sales, service, administration, reception, call center work, or something similar.
✔ It doesnt matter what nationality you are, but you should be able to speak English at a native speaker level (C2).
✔ Youve got excellent written and oral communication skills and can communicate with individuals at various levels within the organization.
✔ You can work well under pressure, manage your own workload, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
✔ You thrive in a team environment and are a team player who can work with individuals across the organization.
What will your days be like in this role?
Were looking for someone to join our team in Praha 8 - Karlín.
2:30pm – 11:00pm CET – to cover US working time and reach US clients.
6-10 Sales Specialists and Team Leaders Tyler or Cody.
CRM - Gabi.
The start of our cooperation can be from October 1st or November 1st, 2024.
Youll be a key member of the team, helping our customers (B2C) with top-notch service. Your job is to chat with our current customers on the phone, tell them about Accolades health and benefit programs, offer them services, and make sure they get the support they need. This is a chance to make a real difference to peoples health journeys while giving them an amazing client experience. Youll also be communicating with other teams.
Specifically, youll be doing the following:
Youll be calling our existing customers to offer them new services. Youll be making at least 100 calls a day, with about 60 % going to voicemail. Some of the calls will also be transferred to our other specialists.
❤ Its important to be effective and enthusiastic when communicating with clients. The goal is to encourage them to use Accolade services and take an active approach to their health.
Its important to get a good understanding of our clients medical histories. And then well connect you with the right team member.
Make sure each client knows how our services can help them. Were here to provide excellent service and build solid client relationships. Lets make sure our team inspires confidence.
Manage your own tasks. Were in touch with our clients every day, whether its outbound or inbound. Meet your personal and team goals, both qualitative and quantitative.
