We are seeking an experienced HR SSC director with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall global DSV objectives.
The HR director plans, organises and directs the administration of human resources iniciatives, procedures and programs regarding recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, health and safety, labour relations and employee relations necessary to carry out local DSV companies and global DSV objectives.
**Principal Accountabilities**:
- Manage the HR Shared Service Center for 3 DSV entities in Czech Republic.
- Manage complete human resources administration, processes and policies and provide professional HR practices entities including contract, transfer, promotion, disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Supervise and engage in administration of the employee benefits program to include health and welfare, insurance and pension programs.
- Ensure that HR acts in alignment with applicable labour and social laws and pro-actively update local employment regulations.
- Manage regulatory changes in labour law and following processes implementations.
- Counsel or provide assistance to employees regarding inquiries related to payroll, benefits, policies, procedures and programs.
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
- Managing staff work conditions and performance reviews.
- Supporting current staff and local management.
- Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
- Identify development actions and define annual training orientations as part of the annual training plan.
**Job Dimensions & Scope**:
- Location in Pavlov, district Kladno: 3 DSV entities, 700 FTEs
- Member of site Senior Management Team.
- 5 Direct Reports: HR Specialists, HRBPs
- Direct reporting line to Managing Directors and functional report to the DSV HR group.
**HR Director Requirements**:
- Experiance at similar position at least 5 years.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Czech and English on professional level.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Czech labor laws and regulations.
- Computer literacy.
- Driving licence.
