**Area of work**:
Corporate IT Operations today is running with substantial amount of workload already in the Cloud as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, and plans to soon complete the transition to run fully in the cloud. In this context, we seek senior manager to facilitate our shift from hybrid model into a full cloud-oriented operating model.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled professionals through a transformation towards cloud-based operations. **Your responsibility**:
- Chart the course for IT Operations, ensuring a smooth transition from hybrid to full cloud-oriented operating model in alignment with business objectives and strategies
- Collaborate with internal IT leaders and cross-functional teams to spearhead digital and security transformation efforts, facilitate cloud adoption, implement automation, optimize costs, and enhance service offerings
- Drive operational excellence, fostering innovation and growth-oriented solutions
- Oversee all aspects of our production environment, ensuring the stability, resilience, and efficiency of our systems. This role will play a critical part in driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal governance structure
- Effectively manage relationships with service providers, ensuring optimal performance and delivery to meet business objectives
- Manage and monitor the performance, stability, and security of production systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity
- Foster culture of change, serving as an evangelist for cloud-based operations, fostering a growth-oriented mindset across the organization
- Identify and implement strategies for improving system performance, resilience, and scalability
- Ensure positive customer experience by further development of quality management processes
**Your profile**:
- Proven track record of leadership, managing global teams in a fast-paced environment
- Prior involvement in IT transformation projects within global organizations
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and approaches
- Extensive experience in managing complex projects and initiatives, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire individuals across all levels
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management tools, ITSM, analytics & BI Tools
- A strategic mindset with a focus on long-term business growth and innovation
- A passion for driving operational excellence and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Experience from a regulated environment is a plus
- High commitment to delivery; adaptability & flexibility; strong sense of self-responsibility & ownership
