**Your Mission as a Funnel Manager**:
As the Funnel Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital funnel. Your mission includes defining and implementing, improving and managing marketing and sales operations around our digital funnel. Your task is to drive conversions and revenue. Together with that, you will lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
**What Youll Do**:
- In the first place **generating the company revenues** by running digital activities because our business is about building a great SaaS product (thats developers job) and making money on it (thats your job).
- ** Manage the digital funnel**, meeting targets, and estimating sales profit.
- Responsibility for the allocated **marketing budget.** Your goal is to build a way for fast sustainable scaling in performance marketing.
- You have to make data-driven decisions by interpreting funnel metrics and performance indicators.
- Oversee lead generation and lead nurturing processes to ensure a smooth transition through the funnel stages. Implement lead scoring systems to prioritize and route leads effectively.
- Together with our CCO - lead, develop, motivate, and train the team, including SDRs, CSMs and marketing team members. You will train and educate the team on best practices, tools, and methodologies related to funnel management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Utilize the company CRM system to record activities and maintain a customer database.
- Assist in the development of the sales plan, prepare forecasts, and provide visibility into the sales pipeline.
- Implement feedback loops and processes for continuous optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually refine and improve the funnel strategy. It means that you are never satisfied with what you are doing.
- Monitor and communicate progress toward key funnel-related goals. Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to communicate funnel performance to stakeholders. Yes, you will do that by yourself.

**What You Need**:
- Strong marketing and sales background. We will be checking your references, please prepare a list of persons we can contact on call.
- Common sense and strong executive approach.
- Proven experience in managing digital funnels and sales operations. At least **4 years of relevant experience**. It means relevant experiences.
- Analytical thinking and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to drive initiatives and take ownership. It means that you are not thinking about excuses but you are bringing your ideas.
- Previous managerial experience and leadership skills.
