**Tasks in the role**:
- Launch campaigns and manage ads on Meta platforms, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
- SEO for our Career page.
- Content creation for paid ads.
- Improve Employer Brand visibility globally using all possible digital channels.
- Search for new channels and come up with strategies to promote the Company’s Employer Brand.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Creative approach and passion for ‘outside the box’ solutions. We don’t need to promote one more video where colleagues talk about how wonderful our corporate culture is. We want to really stand out.
- Solid experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media.
- Content creation experience (copywriting, A/V content).
- SEO experience (you have to understand the main principles of SEO and be capable of setting up projects on your own).
- Experience in analyzing data.
- Ability to write in English with native-level proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail.
- You have significant experience of working in an international environment.
- You have a high degree of independent thinking and self-responsibility.
- You have knowledge of one (or more) of the following languages: Spanish, German, Russian.

This is an HR Brand Team vacancy. The team is engaged in increasing the company’s visibility as an employer worldwide, using all available marketing channels. We want a creative, self-driven, and flexible individual who likes to work in a fast-paced environment.
