DevOps & Software Engineer

Maintenance and development of the internal processes for development, automated build, and deployment pipelines of a robotics software.

Mission of the position

We develop an open source robotics framework that is a complex structure of many packages and resources. This Software & DevOps engineer will maintain our automated build and test pipeline, and make sure the MRS team and the users can seamlessly use it with minimal friction. The deployment pipeline ensures the usability of the software and gives users the ability to upgrade/downgrade depending on their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, development and maintenance of a CI/CD deployment pipeline for a robotics framework.
• Updating and improving the deployment pipeline for upcoming packages, assisting system developers with integration into the pipeline while following the BDD framework.
• Maintenance of the robotics framework from the build and deployment perspective, releasing new versions of the systems for users, help with documentation and usability.
• Monitoring of new versions of dependencies and related software. Bringing the new versions of the related software into the system regularly.
