The **Globalization Services** organization is currently looking for a Development Expert to join the team in Brno working on localization of products in Finance used by SAP S/4HANA cloud and on-premise customers around the world.
SAP Globalization Services develop and localize new financial solutions to help our customers stay compliant with regulations in their countries. In this development expert role, you will join an experienced and motivated global team located in several locations around the world.
**Your daily task will include**:
- Analyzing customer and country requirements and designing inventive solutions
- Development in the SAP environment - ABAP or Java
- Cooperation with colleagues locally and worldwide, act as trusted advisor in community
- Sharing in-depth knowledge and experience with direct and global team, provide leadership
- Leading complex and cross-departmental projects, driving cross-unit initiative
- Continuous learning of SAP products, the architecture, and principles of how they are built
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of deep professional experience in SAP Finance - expert knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable is an advantage
- Good English communication and presentation skills to communicate the solutions to colleagues and customers worldwide
- You should be self-motivated professional with the ambition to learn new things and contribute with your skills and ideas
