**Your Mission?**:
**You will be in charge of**:
- Expanding technical documentation for products, solutions and platforms in the Pricefx knowledge base
- Enforcing standards in technical documentation including style and formatting, grammar, document structure, and best practices.
- Work with product owners to identify limitations impacting developers and propose cost-effective and timely solutions
- Working with internal, partner, and customer technical developers to collect feedback and identify constraints to product understanding and productivity
- Continuously seek areas where the product can be improved and review technical processes with the goal of increasing efficiency
- Interaction with product owners and their teams to expand their content and technical documentation
- Maintaining and developing technical certifications for solution developers
- Create and deliver compelling technical content, from high-level design patterns to product configurations to granular coding solutions, that maximize best practices to influence our generative AI model.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on knowledge base generative AI chatbot responses
- Develop procedures and processes for addressing the causation of invalid or low confidence responses from generative AI chatbot
- Assist in developing and maintaining test plans for knowledge base use cases and processes that will increase confidence levels in AI responses
**What technical skills should you have to succeed?**:
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with **full-stack **development
- Familiarity with **modern Javascript** frameworks like **React**, Angular and **Vue**.
- Familiarity with **Java**, **Groovy **or other JVM languages
- Exposure to enterprise software **implementation **projects
- Experience with relational **databases **and structure
**What professional skills should you have to succeed?**:
- Experience serving in a large, global, complex company and/or working with large, global and complex clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with community building skills
- Ability to work with mínimal or no supervision
- Flexibility to learn new tools, technologies, frameworks and programming languages as needed

**Location**:
- Prague, Hradec Králové, Ostrava, or any other location in the **Czech Republic**

- Ability to **travel**, with occasional **international travel**:
- Applicants **must have permission to live and work in the Czech Republic** (we do not provide any assistance with work permits)
