• Around 1 year of experience on a Service Desk or Helpdesk
• Language Skills: Fluent in English both oral and written
• Proficiency in using Windows
• Proficiency with provisioning and troubleshooting different desktop hardware, including monitors and Cisco voice products
• Exposure to basic network troubleshooting skills
• Availability to work 5 days/week in Warsaw based office
