**Demand Planning Specialist**
**Location: Prague**
Join Our Team! We are seeking a proactive and motivated Demand Planning Specialist to play a key role in our company. **What is the role about - Purpose**
- Collaborate with diverse teams including Marketing & Sales & FPA, Global Supply Chain, and GBS New Product Development to ensure optimal product availability in line with our business strategy.
- Ensure demand planning and inventory management for designated market clusters in accordance with our strategic goals and effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders.
- Regularly monitor inventory levels in our factories to ensure timely and adequate production to meet demand while minimizing the risk of losses.
- Manage waste management agenda and ensure regular reporting and audits.
- Contribute to a team atmosphere and support the professional development of colleagues.
**Who are we looking for - Requirements**
- Czech or Slovak speaker of a native level, advanced level of English
- Experience in a similar position or other logistics-related position is preferred
- Experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP IBP (preffered)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong planning, managerial, and analytical skills
- Team player personality with a positive, proactive approach
