**Demand Planning Manager**
Come be a part of our team! Join our dynamic team as a Demand Planning Manager! You will play a key role in managing demand/production, inventory planning, and ensuring optimal flow of tobacco labels (collars).
**Requirements**:
- Language skills: Native level Czech or Slovak, advanced level of English Experience in a similar position or another logistics-related position is preferred
**Functional skills**:
- Experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP IBP
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Ability to independently solve assigned tasks
- Team player personality with a positive, proactive approach
**Main responsibilities**:
- Demand planning and optimal inventory levels in line with our business strategy
- Communication with customs authorities regarding tobacco label issues - ordering, selections, and ensuring transport to factories, as well as product registration
- Collaboration with factories, Global Supply Chain, GBS, and NPD (New Product Development), as well as across departments including Marketing, Sales, and Finance
- Regular inventory checks of production materials in our factories Handling waste-related matters, including regular reporting
