We expect that you…

• have at least 3 years of professional experience working in a managerial role (project-, team-, delivery-, product-, or account-manager)
• have great communication skills (including English and Polish on a C1+ level) and can engage in written and verbal communication with clients
• have a solid understanding of cloud systems’ purpose and mechanisms involved
• understand team dynamics and can lead and react appropriately to the plethora of possible events (effectiveness drop, new needs arising, conflicts, priority changes etc.)
• are on the lookout for heralds of changes on interpersonal- and project-levels, be it in the context of risk mitigation or preparation for opportunities
• excel at translating technical and business languages into each other

Bonus points if you…

• have experience in being a mentor or coach to individuals,
• have a strong technical background,
• can boast a degree in theoretical Computer Science.
