You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• At least 4+ years of professional experience in data engineering, ideally in HR or people analytics;
• Knowledge of DBT, Fivetran, Snowflake and SQL;
• Strong understanding of data governance and handling of HR data (preferred sources such as Workday, Greenhouse, Culture Amp);
• Experience of version control using Git and infrastructure automation using Terraform;
• Have a collaborative and co-creative mindset with excellent communication skills;
• Fluent English (C1) to work effectively with international teams;
• Availability to work at least 3 days at the office located near Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Many years of experience in data engineering and data analytics area;
• Familiarity with PowerBI for supporting core semantic models;
• Experience with data validation frameworks for ensuring data quality.

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join People Analytics team of a leading Swedish investment client with a global presence. Its a long-term cooperation. This role, based in Warsaw, will involve working closely with an international team to build a strong data foundation to support data-driven HR strategies. Your contributions will help to unlock the full potential of HR data to drive better decision making within the organisation.
